We only use 100% plant based compostable mailing bags and have phased out all plastics in our packaging.

Any plastic you encounter in our packaging is salvaged which means we have sourced used plastic such as bubble wrap from shops or warehouses that would have been thrown into landfill.

We only use natural, plant based, chemical free cleaning detergents to clean our garments.

Our mission is to keep mother earth happy, so do the same and recycle & compost our packaging! 


Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: 2-7 business days

North America: 5-20 business days

Europe: 5-20 business days

We'll do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose and the postal service/weather conditions/bank holidays/national holidays.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

All UK purchases will be sent with 2nd class Royal Mail signed for which means someone will need to be at home to sign for the item or you will have to pick up your parcel at your local post depot or re-arrange delivery. We will supply you with your tracking number once your item has been shipped.
All overseas purchases will be sent with international tracked and signed for which means your parcel will need to be signed for, This is your responsibility to track the progress of your parcel and make sure you are home to sign for it or to re-arrange delivery with your local post service.

We can only ship items to the address on the order.

Returns & exchanges

We do not accept refunds, we do however accept exchanges either for another item or store credit. (postage not refunded)

Faulty items

Customers are entitled to return an item within 14 days if it is different to how it was advertised and is unworn.  The customer must provide a detailed description of the fault together with photographic evidence and contact us immediately. Once we have reviewed this information and received the item back to our warehouse any decision to honour a refund is at our discretion and based on the evidence provided by the customer.
